This Privacy Policy describes how FOP Olha Hyrenko ("we", "us", "our"), operating the ReddLine platform, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our Service at reddline.pro.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the Service:

Account data: email address, display name, and authentication method (email/password or Google OAuth).
Reddit account identifiers: Reddit usernames you choose to monitor (no passwords are ever collected or stored).
Post metadata: publicly available data including post titles, upvotes, estimated views, comments, subreddit names, and engagement metrics.
Usage data: API request counts, feature usage frequency, browser extension activity, and session activity — used solely to enforce plan limits and improve the Service.
Payment data: billing-related information (e.g., subscription plan and status) is stored. Actual card or bank details are handled exclusively by our payment partner, Paddle, and are never stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the analytics dashboard and all Service features.
Authenticate your account and enforce subscription plan limits.
Send transactional emails and real-time security notifications (RVI alerts, account confirmation, billing receipts).
Respond to support requests.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with row-level security (RLS) enabled. Your data is associated with your authenticated account and is not accessible to other users. We employ industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit and at rest.

4. Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. ReddLine does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, bank account details, or any other sensitive payment information. All payment data is handled by Paddle in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Please refer to Paddle's Privacy Policy for details.

5. Cookies and Tracking

ReddLine uses strictly necessary cookies to maintain your authenticated session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. No data is shared with ad networks or analytics platforms that profile users across the web.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third-party providers, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
Paddle — payment processing and Merchant of Record.
Vercel — application hosting and CDN.
Resend — email delivery and transactional alert notifications.
Reddit API — public post data retrieval.

7. GDPR Compliance (EU/EEA Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): Right of access, Right to rectification, Right to erasure, Right to restriction, Right to data portability, and Right to object. 8. CCPA Compliance (California Users)

If you are a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to know what personal information we collect and request its deletion. ReddLine does not sell personal information to third parties.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, all associated personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice within the app at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
