Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscription purchases made through the ReddLine platform, operated by FOP Olha Hyrenko. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

1. Reverse Trial Model — No-Refund Foundation

ReddLine operates on a “Reverse Trial” model. Every new user receives a full-access, 7-day free trial that allows them to thoroughly test, evaluate, and verify all premium features before any payment is charged. By choosing to proceed with a paid subscription after the trial, the user acknowledges they have had ample opportunity to assess the Service and accepts the strict no-refund terms described herein.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

Because the Reverse Trial model provides full pre-payment evaluation access, all subsequent payments (monthly or yearly) are final, strictly non-refundable, and legally non-revocable. This includes:

No partial refunds, prorated credits, or returns will be issued for unused days within a billing cycle under any circumstances, including voluntary cancellation.

3. Third-Party Platform Actions (Reddit)

ReddLine is an independent analytics and automation software and is in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the actions of Reddit Inc. The Service holds absolutely no liability or responsibility for any enforcement actions, account suspensions, restrictions, reach limitations, or shadowbans imposed by Reddit on the user’s accounts.

Receiving a ban, suspension, or restriction on Reddit does NOT constitute a valid ground for a refund, chargeback, or subscription dispute. Use of the Service in connection with your Reddit accounts is strictly at your own risk.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a fraudulent or illegitimate chargeback (payment dispute) constitutes a breach of these terms. If a chargeback is filed after the user voluntarily subscribed, consumed service resources, and/or failed to cancel before renewal, ReddLine reserves the right to:

5. Exceptional Technical Outages (Sole Refund Ground)

A one-time, discretionary refund may only be considered by the administration in the event of a verified, critical technical outage of ReddLine’s own core infrastructure that completely prevents access to paid features for more than 48 consecutive hours, as validated exclusively by our internal system server logs.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

Cancellation stops the next scheduled billing charge. Full access to paid features remains active until the last day of the current paid billing cycle. No refund is issued upon cancellation.

7. Free Trial Conversion

If you do not cancel before the 7-day free trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the then-current rate. Charges made after a trial converts are subject to the Strict No-Refund Policy described in Section 2 above.

8. Digital Goods Acknowledgment

ReddLine is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. By activating a subscription and gaining immediate access to the Service, you acknowledge that the Service constitutes a digital good delivered electronically and that, under most jurisdictions, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital goods is waived upon activation and access delivery.
