Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReddLine platform ("Service"), operated by FOP Olha Hyrenko ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

ReddLine is a third-party analytics and content-strategy platform for Reddit. It provides performance dashboards, engagement tracking, posting analytics, subreddit insights, and AI-powered content-generation tools for users who manage Reddit accounts. ReddLine is not affiliated with, authorised, maintained, sponsored, or endorsed by Reddit Inc. Reddit and the Reddit logo are registered trademarks of Reddit Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support.reddline.pro@gmail.com of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Plans. ReddLine offers paid subscription plans (Standard, Pro, Ultra) billed monthly or yearly. All prices are displayed in USD.

Automatic Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues until then.

Payment Processing. All payments are processed by our payment partner, Paddle. We do not store your card details. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions.

5. Refund Policy

Strict No-Refund Policy: Because the Service operates on a "Reverse Trial" model — giving users the full opportunity to thoroughly test, evaluate, and verify all premium features before any actual payment is made — all subsequent payments are final, strictly non-refundable, and legally non-revocable. No partial refunds, prorated credits, or returns will be issued for unused days within a billing cycle under any circumstances. Receiving a ban or restriction on Reddit does NOT constitute a valid ground for a refund. A one-time discretionary refund may only be considered in the event of a verified, critical technical outage of more than 48 consecutive hours, validated exclusively by our internal server logs. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in full compliance with Reddit's User Agreement, all applicable laws, and these Terms. You may not:

Use the Service to engage in spam, vote manipulation, or any activity that violates Reddit's policies.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the Service.
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent.
Use automated means to access the Service beyond its published API.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by FOP Olha Hyrenko and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FOP Olha Hyrenko and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to ReddLine in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.

ReddLine is not responsible for any actions taken by Reddit Inc. against your accounts, including suspensions, shadowbans, or content removal.

9. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and then in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ukraine.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on the Service. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
